🚨 URGENT: Final Chance to Oppose Chelmsford’s Local Plan
The Regulation 19 Local Plan has arrived. If approved, it would bring over 3,000 homes and 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space to Hammonds Farm — with devastating consequences for our rural communities.
🛑 This is the last formal stage of public consultation.
🗓 Objection deadline: Tuesday 18 March 2025 at 4PM
❌ Why You Must Oppose This Plan
- Traffic Chaos – Local roads like the A414 and A12 are already gridlocked.
- Environmental Damage – Threatens wildlife habitats and protected zones.
- Farmland Loss – 1,300+ acres of high-quality farmland gone forever.
- Flawed Process – Better options have been overlooked.
- Flood Risk – New development puts homes and ecosystems at risk.
This is our final opportunity to stand up and protect our way of life.
