Dear supporter,

🚨 Urgent: You Objected Last Time — You Need to Object Again!

We checked our records, and it looks like you haven’t yet submitted an objection in this final round.

Last time you took a stand — now we need you to do it again.
The Regulation 19 Consultation is the final chance to challenge the plan before it moves forward.

If we don’t act, these flawed proposals — including Hammonds Farm and the Pigeon industrial estate — could become a reality.

🛑 Why Your Objection Is Crucial

Because you objected before, it’s vital you object again.
This consultation is legally different, and your previous objection does not count.

This time, objections must be based on the following legal tests:

  1. Legal Compliance
  2. Duty to Co-operate
  3. Soundness – Is the plan justified, effective, and consistent with national policy?

We’ve made it easy — all you need to do is submit our pre-filled form or add your personal concerns.

🕒 Take 2 Minutes to Object Today

📅 Deadline: 4pm – 18 March 2025
Submit Your Objection Here

Every objection counts. If you care about stopping this development, please don’t sit this one out.

Your previous objection does NOT count — act now!

📌 Quick Recap on What’s Proposed

16a – Hammonds Farm:
– 3,000 houses
– 500,000 sq ft of commercial/industrial buildings

16b – Pigeon Industrial Estate:
– 500,000 sq ft of distribution warehousing
– 88 HGV docking bays

These massive developments will irreversibly change the character of East Chelmsford.

❗ Why We Are Fighting This Plan

  • Traffic Chaos – A414 and A12 are already overwhelmed
  • Environmental Damage – Threat to habitats and wildlife
  • Farmland Loss – Irreplaceable agricultural land gone
  • Flawed Process – Viable alternatives ignored
  • Flood Risk – Increased danger to homes and infrastructure
