• Over 3,000 houses at Hammonds Farm
• 1,000,000 square feet of commercial/industrial development (including 88 HGV bays)

This will have a devastating impact on our communities.

Our key concerns:

• ❌ Traffic Chaos – Roads are already overwhelmed
• ❌ Environmental Damage – Wildlife and protected sites at risk
• ❌ Farmland Loss – Irreplaceable countryside lost forever
• ❌ Flawed Process – Better alternatives ignored
• ❌ Flood Risk – Dangerously increased in key areas
